Return & Exchange Policy

Effective Date for New Return Policy:

  • All items purchased before April 2, 2024, are non-returnable. Gift cards from Dawson & Daisy are not valid at SeaJay's Boutique.

In-Store Returns

  • Store Credit Only: Returns are accepted for store credit within 20 days of purchase.
  • Final Sale Items: Sale items, accessories, undergarments, shoes, auction items, and perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, beauty products, home goods, and AMBRE BLENDS) are final sale.
  • Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Returns with makeup, deodorant, stains, or odors will not be accepted.

Online Returns

  • Store Credit Only: Online purchases may be returned for store credit if returned within 20 days of the delivery date.

    • Include order number and tracking number (we recommend using tracking for security).
  • Return Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached. Any items that don’t meet these standards can be returned to the customer for an $8 fee.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, undergarments, shoes, auction items, perishable goods, and any hazardous or sanitary items are final sale.

Exchanges

  • How to Exchange: To exchange for a different size or color, return the original item and place a new order. We’ll issue a full refund for exchanged items, including shipping. For other returns, store credit is issued.
